Ashley Sutherland Earle

Our club is excited to announce that Ashley Sutherland Earle has joined the Leadership Team as our new Program Director. We are so thankful for the leadership programming that #LoriAnnHarnish has provided to our club over the past almost six years. We welcome Ashley to continue to help our club to provide amazing programs and speakers.
Meet Ashley:
Ashley is a wife, mother of three, and lifelong Arizonan whose roots run deep in both Scottsdale, Arizona, and the Appalachian Mountains of Virginia, where she spent much of her childhood and adolescence. Born in 1984, she was raised between these two distinct regions, shaping a strong appreciation for community, tradition, and civic involvement. She celebrates 20 years of marriage this year and has been with her husband for 25 years, proudly describing him as her soulmate and best friend.
A dedicated homeschooling mother, Ashley personally educated all three of her children throughout their academic journeys, reflecting her deep commitment to family, education, and hands-on involvement in her children’s development.
Ashley is actively engaged in civic and political life in Arizona. She is a Constitutional Conservative and an advocate for grassroots participation within the Republican Party. She serves as both an Elected Precinct Committeeman and Elected State Committeeman for Legislative District 3 within the Republican Party of Arizona, where she works alongside fellow members and Elected Officials to advance what she views as “the will of the people” through active participation and party involvement.
Her years of service include extensive volunteer work supporting political campaigns, legislative district committees, party activities, and Arizona State GOP statutory meetings and Maricopa County GOP meetings. She has also served in leadership roles within local political organizations, including the Fountain Hills Republican Club, where she contributed at the Board level for multiple years.
Ashley has spent thousands of hours each year since 2016 engaged in political and civic processes at the Arizona State Capitol, regularly attending committee hearings and meetings to remain closely involved in Legislative developments and policy discussions.
Throughout her public service and political involvement, she has had the opportunity to meet President Donald J. Trump and attend high-profile events including his Presidential Inauguration in 2024, as well as Turning Point USA’s 10-year Anniversary Gala held at Mar-a-Lago.
Ashley remains deeply committed to active civic participation, grassroots engagement, and continued involvement in Arizona’s political landscape.
