Fountain Hills council members currently receive the same $400-per-month salary they were paid more than 25 years ago. This outdated compensation can limit public service to those who can afford to devote significant time without reasonable pay.

Please vote YES on Agenda Item 9d (Resolution 2026-04) to approve a well-deserved salary increase and an annual cost-of-living adjustment. Fair and modest compensation helps ensure that serving our town is realistically accessible to all citizens—not only those who are independently wealthy.
