“Constitutions, Government and YOU”
Randy is a retired Senior Deputy Probation Officer from Santa Barbara County, California. He is the State Director for the Constitutional Sheriffs and Peace Officers Association, teaching our constitutions, working with sheriffs around the country to preserve their positions, and is a member of Hands for Health and Freedom, seeking justice for and assisting victims of COVID violence and mistreatment by government and the medical profession.
Randy’s experience includes being a gang officer, conducting court investigations, supervising sex offenders and supervising an intensive supervision caseload for both juvenile and adults and was a court hearing officer. As a private contractor, he designed and taught "How to service and monitor felons" by the request of the Santa Barbara Social Services Department for management and supervisors. Randy was a private contractor in arrest and control, unarmed defense and use of force law to other agencies and later, his own department. This experience gave Randy an understanding of the function government is supposed to have and witness the contrast in how government actually operates. Randy continues to discuss with legislators their proper roles and give feedback on bills proposed. He was a candidate for the Arizona State House of Representatives in 2017 and State Senate in 2019.
We'll also receive an update from Hannah Toth, newly elected member of the Fountain Hills Town Council. She'll provide information on what is currently occurrig within the Town of Fountain Hills.
And, our special guest speaker and neighbor, Jerry Sheridan, will be announcing his Candidacy to run for Maricopa County Sheriff in 2024.
